Deposit and balance

A deposit secures your booking and is taken when you book. The rest of the trip price is paid to your chauffeur on arrival by cash, Zelle or Cash App. Gratuity is not included.

Cancellations

Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup for a full refund of your deposit. Within 24 hours of pickup the deposit is kept.

Changes

To change your booking, call (214) 949-6955. Changes to time, vehicle or service can change the price.

Travel outside the service area

Trips that start or end outside the city's service area may carry a distance surcharge, shown before you pay.
